Topics I've written the Board of Supervisors on:

Jan. 2024:  Requested Board to implement a more thorough and lasting county video file

                     retention policy.

Mar. 2024:  Requested Board enact local ordinance to retain local election records beyond the

                      current state law minimum of six months.

Aug. 2023:  Requested County cease paying for county officials' surety bonds as this 

                      creates a conflict of interest if misfeasance or malfeasance is alleged or investigated.

Feb. 2025:  Board suspended the Election Commission although it was NOT properly agendized

                     for public notice and discussion. 

Feb. 2025:  Letter to Chair Kevin Crye and remaining Board detailing numerous Brown Act violations

                      requesting cease and desist.  I never received a response.

Aug. 2025:  Letter to Board requesting creating an elected citizen charter commission via a charter

                      Amendment.

Oct. 2025:  Letter to Board (under Chair Crye) requesting full public health (HHSA) programs 

                     evaluation then issue a public report.

Jan. 2026:  Letter to Board (under Chair Kelstrom) requesting HHSA programs evaluation and

                     public report.
